Centre for International Security is a think-tank founded at the Faculty of Political Science (University of Belgrade) in January 2019.
The Centre is dedicated to production, advancement and dissemination of cutting edge research in the field of national, regional and global security. The Centre houses Journal of Regional Security, bi-annual academic journal specialising in security communities, regional security complexes, regional security sector reform and governance, security regimes, security cooperation and integration, region-building and comparative regional security research.
The Centre also manages MSc International Security, flagship masters degree which has been supported by the OSCE Mission in Serbia. The Centre closely collaborates with higher education institutions, media and security policy research community with the goal of devising promoting cooperative and democratic strategic culture.

Filip Ejdus is an Associate Professor and Director of the Centre for International Security at the Faculty of Political Science/University of Belgrade. His research and teaching experience are in the field of International Security with a geographic focus on the European Union, Western Balkans and Middle East.
He is the founder and co-Editor in Chief of Journal of Regional Security. He has been closely involved with policy community as a board member of the Belgrade Centre for Security Policy and Open Society Foundation in Serbia, academic coordinator at the Belgrade Security Forum and the co-chair of the Regional Stability in South East Europe Study Group at the PfP Consortium of Defence Academies and Security Studies Institutes.
